If you have news that you wish to be included in the website, please forward it to the Webmaster (Hint), and, where possible, include a digital photograph of the event, noting the following point.

Important

Data Protection: If people have a problem having their details on the site, they can ask for them to be removed - you don't have to get permission to put the details up in the first place. Similarly with images, if you make it clear that the image is going to be used for the site, when it is taken, then no further action is required.

Children are the exception and require all sorts of protection - it is easiest not to include them.
