Grand Mentor
Grand Lodge is anxious that we try and stem the flow of resignations. All Provinces were asked to set up a Mentoring Scheme. We have followed that recommendation. A committee has been working hard over some months to set up a system that will work in this Province.
W.Bro Arthur Evans has been appointed as the Provincial Mentor and he will be available to any Lodge which feels that it requires assistance. Every Lodge in this Province should appoint a Lodge Mentor to work in conjunction with the Proposer and Seconder.
It is most important that the Proposer
and Seconder do not neglect their duty towards their candidate. It
is also important that the Mentor does not take their duties from
them. Let us all remember our duty to look after each other and ensure
that all remain interested.
